The modern protocol of bone grafting takes into account the mandatory fixation of the barrier membrane with the help of bone tasks or mattress sutures

  4. Wide cap for fixing the membrane (pressing the membrane to the bone)
  • Reliable fixation of the membrane due to a wide cap (⌀ 3.5 mm)
  • The sharp apex of the task allows you to fix the task on the lower and upper jaw
  • Special instruments for installing and removing pins
  • Special task box

Protocol

  1. Install the pin in the special tool A from the pin storage box B
  2. Place of instrument A at an angle of 90° to the bone, with pre-positioned membrane
  3. Using a chisel, fix the foam in the bone
  4. Remove the pin with tool C from the bone after the treatment is finished

* in exceptional cases, it is allowed not to remove the pin
